My limits in creating and designing

There are limits to what I will design or create. I will never design graphics or web artwork for any pornographic or adult web site. Anything dealing with the promotion of child/spousal abuse, endangerment, hate crime, obscenity, malicious intent, bigotry, religious persecution or any other material harmful to humans or animals has no place in my world. Please do not ask me for help in any of those areas

There may be a copyright situation involving graphics which you would want created. Themes such as Precious Moments, Walt Disney, and numerous others require the permission of that company in using their images. Some will never authorize the usage, but you must be sure to adhere to all copyright codes and laws. Failure to do so can result in the closing down of your Web site as well as strict fines and jail time. No one wants to go to jail because they want to sell their Precious Moments looking stuffed animals on the web. I surely do not wish to go to jail for making the graphics!

Some things to think about

When you are thinking about your Web site you need to think about the base ( the background ). If it is too "busy" or distracting, you will lose your visitor. However, you may not want just a plain color background. There are ways around the plain solid background color. All Web site backgrounds are "tiled." This means that if you have an all over pattern the background will consist of one square. While working with that one square you may ask that the pattern be muted so it adds just the right feeling. Just about anything is possible, even animated backgrounds if that is your wish. A few other answers would be a background with a border or borders -- or even one with a set topper on it. You may want those or a combination of the designs that you have seen on my Web site. It never hurts to ask if something is possible! Along with these items, you will then be deciding upon whether you want to use TEXT as your opening "Welcome" or special text graphics or maybe a simple Flash document This will in most instances balance with the total harmony of your web site. -- such as with any borders or frames on pictures the color scheme or design feel for the page. Once you choose what you like then the nuts and bolts like guest books, navigation choices and special effects will fall into place.

If done properly it takes little time to load on web sites or in E-Mail, and can be one of the most eye-catching features on the monitor screen. If you want a homogenized site that lies lifeless on the Web, then we are not your developers.
